Description

The 2nd meeting of the San Antonio Post Austin Field Chapter will be Thursday, April 19, at Cove 3 (the downtown location) in Austin, TX.

The meeting will include a presentation by a speaker from TXDOT.

RESERVATIONS

The cost of the meeting is $15/person, which you pre-pay when you register.

Because of the requirements of the meeting location, RESERVATONS ARE A MUST for the meeting.

The DEADLINE for reservations is Friday, April 13, by 5 pm (CT).

CANCELLATIONS

After the April 13 deadline, all reservations are FINAL.

If you cancel by the April deadline, you will be issued a full refund. After the deadline, there will be no refunds and only substitutions are allowed.

You can cancel your reservations by sending an email to the Event POC at samesatx@gmail.com or dkochanek@satx.rr.com.

Please be sure you receive a confirmation after your request a cancellation. If you do not receive a confirmation, contact the event POC at (210) 884-9731.

MEAL

When registering, please make your choice from one of the following meal options:

  • CHICKEN CHOP SALAD - Crispy Buffalo Chicken with Shredded Lettuces, Grilled Leeks, Roasted Corn, Egg, Heirloom Tomatoes, Bleu Cheese & Red Onion with Buttermilk Ranch
  • COVER 3 SALAD with GRILLED SALMON - Mixed Greens, Candied Walnuts, Sliced Fuji Apples,Crumbled Goat Cheese & Oregano Vinaigrette
  • CARNITAS TACOS - Roasted Pork & Southwestern Slaw in warm Flour Tortillas,served with Southwestern Fried Rice topped with Black Beans
  • BEEF TENDERLOIN BURRITO - Tenderloin, Jack & Cheddar wrapped in a Tortilla, toasted, served with our Poblano Carne Sauce, Southwestern Fried Rice topped with Black Beans, Queso & Guacamole
  • CHEESE ENCHILADAS - Melted Jack & Cheddar with Grilled Poblanos & Onions, topped with Poblano Carne Sauce, served with Southwestern Fried Rice with Black Beans
  • BRICK CHICKEN CLUB - Appelwood Smoked Bacon, sliced Tomato & Avocado with Swiss Cheese, served with Parmesan Fries
